Turbo Decoder HU83 is a lock pick tool for unlocking and decoding the French automobiles Peugeot and Citroen. Their seven disc locks are equipped with anti-stress clutch protection and any attempt to open them in a destructive way is likely to fail.

The opening with our tool is pretty easy and fast.

Please note that Citroen also use VA2 key profile in which the HU83 decoder can not enter. So, please, do not force it but carefully exam the lock before using the decoder! Here is a SILCA reference to take a look at.
